About The Scientist

Short Biography

Dr. Aminul Islam received his PhD in the heterogeneous catalyst for fuel production for University Malaysia Sabah.
He worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia from 2015-2017.
Presently He is associated as an Associate Professor at the Jashore University of Science and Technology, Jashore, Bangladesh and currently working as visiting scholar at Kobe University, Japan.


Current Research Interest :

My research interest is directed at understanding and exploiting photocatalysts for sustainable biofuel, CO2 capturing and conversion, and H2 fuel production through photocatalytic water splitting.
